Q: Do I need to be a member to play at your facility?
A: To play, you must register as a Guest. Follow the link to register.
Q: How do I reserve a court or sign up for open play?
A: All court reservations and open play bookings are handled through our online reservation system or download our APP to get started.
Q: What equipment do I need to bring?
A: You’ll need your own paddle and appropriate indoor court shoes. Balls are not provided. Paddles and balls can be purchased onsite and paddles can be rented. If you’re new, we also offer beginner-friendly lessons and have paddles available to rent.
Q: Are there different skill levels for open play?
A: Yes! Open play is organized by skill level to ensure fair and fun matchups. Be sure to select your level when booking. Beginners are always welcome. You can learn more and view the DUPR website here.
Q: What are Prime Time and Non-Peak Hours, and how do they affect court reservations and pricing?
A: Prime Time Hours are:
Monday through Friday - Opening to 10:00AM
Monday through Friday - 4:00 PM to Close
Saturday and Sunday - All Day
Q: Where can I find the official rules for playing pickleball?
